Is there any chance that the legal position regarding the national government’s ability to step in will be changed? Or at least debated seriously? I appreciate the arguments about the government of the CA knowing the territory best still stand.
what I think it is or was afraid of were cries of "Sánchez dictador !" from the media and opposition. anyway, the moment has passed , it's clear the govt is not going to do it

Yes, I know that, but isn’t that at least in part because they could find themselves in an interminable legal case if the CA pushes back?
